INTRODUCTION
In response to your request for information about my services, I’m forwarding to you this proposal concerning Enneagram Personality Training. The Enneagram is a personality typing system that defines the nine types of people and how they relate. Enneagram Personality Training is designed to help professionals uncover their own personality types and to teach them to understand the personality types of their co-workers and clients.
Enneagram Personality Training will enable your team to:
• Understand themselves and their communication styles.
• Interact more effectively with their co-workers.
• Discover the motivations, attitudes, fears and desires that impact your clients’ investment styles.
(Learn to read a room of people and intuit their personality styles.)
• Discern the communication styles of prospective clients and gear their presentations to their
particular personality types.
• Improve their personal as well as professional relationships.
THE PROGRAM
Consultation (1.5 hours)
Small-group and one-on-one evaluation of your client’s Enneagram personality types using the Riso Hudson Enneagram Inventory. (2.0 hours)
In person seminar-style format in which the key building blocks to establishing trust and rapport with clients and coworkers are explored through a discussion of the nine personality types. An in-depth analysis of each type is given, which will enable the team to better understand the communication styles of those around them. (3.0 hours)
In person informal meeting to consider team-building approaches based on the interrelationship of the team’s Enneagram’s configuration. Question and answer session. (3.0 hours)
CREDENTIALS
Diane Morrison has twenty-five years of teaching experience and more than fifteen years experience studying and teaching The Enneagram. She has taught Enneagram Personality Training to hundreds of educators, administrators, business people, and health care professionals in Colorado as well as Hawaii. She has trained with six different leading authors of Enneagram texts including Kathleen Hurley and Ted Dobson, directors of Enneagram Resources, Denver.
COST
Coaching: $350.00 per 90 minutes session.
In person seminars: $300.00/hour includes materials and travel (minimum 3 hours).
CONCLUSION
Enneagram Personality Training will improve your team’s communication among themselves and with their clients. They will better grasp how particular personality type interact with each other, and this knowledge will greatly impact their ability to meet their clients’ needs-to speak to them in a language they can understand.
The Enneagram
Enneagram comes from ” ennea,” for “nine and “grammos” which means diagram. Each point on the Enneagram refers to a distinct personality type (see chart below). People usually exhibit characteristics of one number, while being influenced by the personality types on either side. By learning about the Enneagram, you can better understand yourself and others and facilitate better communication with family members, friends and coworkers.
