Philosophy

   On one level we are all alike. We are human beings, we consume food, stand upright, and make rational decisions. On another level we are unique and very different. Our DNA belongs to us alone. Each of us looks at the world in our own way. Between these levels of differences and similarities our ego consciousness exists.
    The Enneagram describes nine different ego states. These ego states are so powerful that they are called personality types. Each personality carries with it amazing gifts and some challenges. Until we see our unique style of dealing with these gifts and challenges we can get locked into habits. These habits can make it difficult to communicate with others, to make the right choices in life, and to find our true selves.
    The coaching process using the Enneagram as a road map helps you create a path to true self. It is human nature to want to survive. I want you to thrive. We all hope that we can go it alone. We all get stuck from time to time. The Coaching Niche style of coaching is focused on you finding your niche, the place where you operate the best. Together we proactively approach the future with a sense of anticipation and celebration. While my coaching style is respectful of the past, the focus is on the future.
